Why establish a Drawing for a Permanent Annual License?
The Drawing was developed to promote Washington states great recreational resources, engage new recreational anglers, hunters, wildlife enthusiasts, and promote lifetime recreational opportunities for youth. Proceeds from the drawing will fund the license packages and will be used to manage resources.
