A. You may use a Windows OS other than the English language system, or your system doesn’t support multiple languages. You can fix this problem by the following two means: 1. Download the latest version of Easy Service Monitor and Enable Support for English Languages in Windows. 2. Open ‘Easy Service Monitor\*.mdb’ in your Microsoft Access and copy all the table into a new database. Using this new database file overwrite the old ‘Easy Service Monitor\*.mdb’ and it will work well.
