Why electronic proposal review? What advantages does it bring?
• Rapidity: proposals are routed to the next person within a few minutes of having been approved by the previous person on the list. • Accountability: the new system easily tracks of who has approved (or denied) a proposal and when; where it is in the routing process; any comments given; whose approval the proposal is awaiting, as well as who will review it next. • Flexibility: with internet access, a proposal can be approved ok any time and anywhere. It can also be approved by an assigned delegate if the primary reviewer is unavailable.
