Why East of the world has significantly higher population growth rate than West.?
Population breeds poverty and poverty breeds population. That is the vicious cycle that East is going through. The prosperous West has acheived a demographic stage where the population is either constant or starts to decline as in a couple of European countries. The colonization and exploitation of the East and countries below equator has a great role in the present day crisis. Intelligence has nothing to do with it ,it is a misperceived necessity of more ‘wage earners’ and insecurity as to the longevity of children in view of malnutrition and inadequate health care facilities.Added to thes are religious beliefs and feeling of impending perscution by God for prventing or ending the ‘coming of life’ or feeling more children as God given assets.
