Carnival Customer service is a joke. No one ever answers and even when they do they are worthless. Did Carnival offer you a price/ discount and then change it for some reason. They offer the discounts to get you to book and then change the price to screw you over. They should not be in business if they are just going to screw you over. FIND ANOTHER CRUISE LINE.
