Why dont they put zip lock bags in cerial boxes?
I think you’ve hit the nail right on the head! As one answerer said, it’s probably too expensive for the companies to go through that much trouble. We have a lot of trouble with pantry moths getting into everything with the slightest gap. Once it’s opened, I have to put it into a zip lock bag to keep the rotten things out. If I don’t, I end up with grubs and moths in my food and have to throw it away. Maybe you should contact the companies concerned and see what sort of response you get. Maybe they want your food to get ruined or go stale just so that you buy more of the product!
