Why don they equip ALL commercial Air Planes with “Seat Back” Parachutes?

Based on all the responses here, it’s clear that safety is too low on the podium for everyone. Why do you have the flight crew show the exits and demonstrate the flotation device under your seat during flight? I agree that aircraft engineering has come so far along now to start paying attention to safety and upgrade to a newer level. The same way that this particular aircraft was equipped with a computerized automatic messaging system in event of certain preset failures, an aircraft could be equipped with a computerized parachute that would deploy automatically based on certain preset parameters that the in flight crew would also demonstrate to passengers during the flight. Better yet, this additional safety device could be explained with the help of onscreen broadcasts to passengers. These added safety devices are possible, I am sure but I’ll bet that there’s someone in the industry that would offer cost as a factor vs. people’s safety. It has taken a long time for airbags to be added
