Why don the states that have the death penalty convert from lethal injection to the electric chair?

Nebraska was the last state to use the electric chair as its sole method of execution. It was declared unconstitutional because it was “unusual” as evidenced by the fact Nebraska was the only one using it. I think there were two other states who gave the inmate a choice of lethal injection or the electric chair, but because Nebraska didn’t offer a choice, they switched to lethal injection this summer.
