Why don the puzzles display correctly on the screen or printer?
Please verify that your email software is capable of handling HTML email and/or GIF file attachments. A few other things to try: 1) If you’re using Microsoft Internet Explorer to access a web-based email account (like hotmail), try switching your browser to Netscape. We have experienced a few bugs with Microsoft’s browser recently, and the Netscape browser seems to work better. 2) Visit the alternate image location and download the puzzle directly from our server. The link for this is usually located near the bottom of the puzzle email message. 3) Save the GIF file attachment to your desktop and then open with another program such as Photoshop, Image Composer, MS-Word, etc. 4) Sometimes it takes a few seconds or minutes for the puzzle GIF file to load/appear on your screen… wait a minute or so to see if it will appear. 5) Open a web-based email account with mail.yahoo.com and re-subscribe to the puzzle list with your new address.
