If you are using Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 may not see the MvMessenger messages. Resolution: Go into the Control Panel, Add-Remove Programs, and then to the bottom left “Set Program Access and Defaults” button. Click the arrow to the right of the word “Custom”. Chose the default Web Browser program to be Internet Explorer. Then Click Ok.
