Why don’t the Merge Codes work?
The Merge Codes are computer commands and must be entered precisely as they are written in the Merge Fields box on the left-hand side of the screen. The easiest way to fix this issue is to copy the desired Merge Code from the left-hand side of the screen and paste into the online editor. NOTE: Merge Codes only work for those letters entered in the online editor. Merge Codes do not work for uploaded .PDF files.
