This is caused by a Mac OS X 10.4.11 bug, which you can fix as follows: 1. Find the cache folder “com.apple.helpui” located in your user account Library Caches folder (~/Library/Caches/com.apple.helpui) and drag it to Trash. 2. Relaunch iStudio Publisher and the problem should have gone. NOTE: There is no danger in deleting a cache folder, the system will automatically recreate it as required.
