Why dont the buttons and drop-down menus work in the Wizard Tutorial section?
The Credit Transfer Wizard Tutorial is intended as a demonstration only. It uses fixed graphics” to walk users through examples of Transfer Wizards requests. The tutorials are not actual searches, so the buttons and menus do not function. It may be helpful to print out a tutorial section and use it to follow the steps in the live Wizard. (Note: You may need to set up the pages to print in “landscape” orientation to capture the full width of the page.
