Why don some christians follow the bible?
What part of you choosing to follow and why? I have to suspect that many Christians follow the Bible to the capability of their own understanding. I suppose we all do that. One person will believe they are following the Bible word for word, and another will believe that they follow the Bible word for word and follow the living Word by the Holy Spirit. It all depends on maturity and growth. I suspect you are also talking about Christians who claim a faith yet do not follow God’s laws. That happens too often and it is a result of cheap grace. We need to learn about our faith, read our Bibles, and learn about the sciences and philosophy. There is so much to learn, and if we are not learning within community then we are our own worst enemies.
