I think you are right. With this, I am not saying that ALL children or ALL young adults are ill-mannered, but I do believe that younger people do not have as much respect as they maybe should have for people who are older than them. I don’t live in England anymore, but I remember being a little surprised at the way some kids behaved, as I thought they were just too disrespectful in general. I am English. I am 28 years old, and I was born and grew up in England until the age of 13, when I moved to Germany. I came back to England 6 years afterwards, did my degree and then moved to Italy, where I have been for the past 6 years. Things here are really different. Old and young get on really well and have mutual respect for each other. I suppose It’s just society that makes the man.
