On our legacy Postage Meters there were a number of service functions a technician could provide and if it appeared to be the best approach a technician would be dispatched. On our newer digital Meters there are fewer functions that a technician can provide in person to correct issues for the customer. Many problems are corrected by downloads or with settings adjustments that our diagnostic group can walk you through over the phone.
