Why don’t other manufactures openly publish their fans CFM’s and Static Pressure, and air compressor CFM and PSI?
We don’t know! To us it is a requirement. Let’s face it, you wouldn’t buy a car without knowing its horsepower, you wouldn’t buy a lawnmower without knowing its horsepower. As a responsible manufacture we provide you with published numbers on both our vacuum fan and air compressor’s performance. Many manufactures will quote you a manufactures bench test for their fans or a free air test, which is where they test their fan with no filter bags in place. For air compressors, many manufactures will quote the horsepower of the motor powering the compressor not the compressor horsepower, which makes the compressor’s horsepower appear to be 5 times higher than it actual is. With a Biltwel vacuum truck we give you a field certified vacuum test by a fully independent testing agency, in accordance with ASHRAE, AABC guidelines on a final assembly vacuum truck with the filter bags in place. For our air compressors we give you the different CFM out puts for each compressor and we also give you the
