Why don more non-business employers recruit at Career Services?
While a large variety of employers hire brand new college graduates, relatively few actively recruit on college campuses. On-campus recruiting is a very expensive undertaking for some employers who have neither the personnel nor the financial resources to visit college campuses. This is particularly true for employers with limited openings and in fields where the supply of applicants significantly exceeds the number of jobs available. Depending upon the field(s) you are interested in, you may find that strategies other than on-campus recruiting may work best for you.
