A. Internet Explorer for the Macintosh does not support JavaScript access to plug-ins, and it does not provide a way for plug-ins to use the browser’s JavaScript engine. For this reason, on this particular platform, JavaScript in your HTML cannot access any embedded SVG, and similarly, JavaScript in your SVG files will not execute. If you want to see this problem addressed in a future version of Internet Explorer for the Mac, please contact Microsoft.
