Why don I see the Online TV Toolbar listed in the Internet Explorer toolbars list?

Some earlier builds of Internet Explorer 5.0 have a known problem with their toolbars. The Online TV Toolbar may be listed under the name ‘Radio’ (usually the second such listing). Go to View Toolbars and click on the second Radio option.
