Why dont I see test results from all of the doctors who care for me?
Test results will not be viewable if they have not yet been released, if they are sent to us on paper, if we are prohibited by law from posting the results electronically, or if your doctor has not authorized us to electronically release his/her patients’ test results. If you send us a message with your provider’s name, address, fax and phone number, we will contact your provider and request that they authorize the electronic release of test results for their patients.
