Why don I receive answers to my e-mail from ProtoStar?
Because of junk e-mail and the widespread use of spam filters, e-mail has become less reliable. We answer e-mail promptly (within 24 hours), but a common reason for not getting a reply is that your mail server has tagged our reply as spam. Below is a partial list of e-mail providers that have been known to block our e-mails: – yahoo.com (see note below) – rogers.com (Roger Communications) – charter.net – comcast.net – core.com – many governmental, military, and educational accounts (.gov, .mil, and .edu) If you don’t get a response from us please check the spam folder of your e-mail client, or try contacting us from a different e-mail account.
