Why don I have to complete the Constructionline form if I am CHAS accredited?

You won’t need to complete the Health and Safety section of the Constructionline form because we work with Constructionline. You will however, need to send Constuctionline a copy of your accreditation certificate. If you have misplaced your certificate, CHAS will send you a replacement (there is a £20 + VAT administration fee for this service).
