In Wales there is still only space for 9 channels, but it is required that SDN carry both S4C and S4C2. abc1 is therefore not broadcast in this region, and Bid tv and QVC have reduced hours, because of a limit on the space available. If you live near to the English border you may find that you can pick up an English and a Welsh multiplex, meaning you can receive both channels.
