Why don file/document links open when clicked?
With the update of Internet Explorer to version 7 and later there is a default setting that prevents some files and document links on the ARINC Customer Portal from opening. If you are logged into the ARINC Portal, navigate to the link with which you encoutered the problem. Once there, hold down ctrl and left click on the link. Uncheck the box in the lower left corner of the prompt that appeared. Once unchecked links should now open properly without any further action required.
