Why don Earth Choice bottles have handles or come in larger sizes?

As yet the moulding process of PET plastic does not allow a practical way of moulding a bottle with a handle. This has restricted us to limiting the bottle to a manageable size of 1 litre with indentions around the bottle for easier grip.
