Why don christians ask god to cure epilepsy anymore?
If any of you don’t hold a similar opinion show some tolerance it can be found in your behaviour as well as in the English dictionary ,as to the answer it is quite simply that epilepsy is a medical condition that occurs when clusters of nerve cells or neurons deliver faulty signals and no longer thought of as a demonic possession Mark 9,oh! I have found a useful reason to refer to the bible and I never thought it possible. At least now, though still having the strain of this debilitating affliction, sufferers now no longer have the added insult of being restrained and purged of so called demons,thank medical research for that!
Anyone who has epilepsy and have faith in God through accepting Jesus into their lives should follow the instructions in the bible…seek the elder of the church and ask him to lay hands on that person. The elder cannot cure them by laying on of hands but it is the faith of the person recieving the laying on of hands that can recieve the cure….we are cured and sustained by faith …which means that an elder should always say to the person first, if I lay hands on you, do you believe that God can cure you? If you say yes them you are accepting that God has the power and ability to cure and make well….then jut do it and see what happens…..afterwards, when you hve felt the presence of the holy spirit within and upon you, then you will kniw that you have been cured…then you must live your life as if you no longer had the problem….somtimes the healing is immedaite,,,,and sometimes the body has to catch up with the spirits healing.
