Why don buying clubs (Sams, Costco…) accept manufacturer coupons?

The wholesale clubs may not want to deal with coupons because that is just another level of paperwork for someone to do and they have to pay that person. Or manufacturers do not want to take the coupons from them because it costs the manufacturers money. BJ’s takes manufacturers coupons. We do not have Costco’s or Sam’s Club near me so I am glad that BJ’s is here. I use the BJ’s coupons and the manufacturers’ coupons. I try to be careful not to buy too large a quantity because then it may get wasted and I did not save any money but actually wasted some. Sometime coupons get me to try something new. And the coupon has to be computed to see if it is worth buying rather than the store brand.
