Why don any Pittsburgh restaurants serve cheese at the end of the meal?
Cheese is even served at the end of the dining service in first and business class or airplanes. A: Chez Gerard, in Hopwood near Uniontown, has a splendid cheese course offered at the end of dinner. At Casbah in Shadyside, you can have cheese before or after dinner, and the number of people ordering it after dinner is growing. But I agree, I wish more restaurants would adopt this custom.
