Why don all employers who post jobs hold interviews and/or submit rankings in time for the match?
Employers operate in their own unique business environment and are subject to constraints that may be beyond their control. They may be waiting for budgets to be approved, contracts signed, inventory received or permits granted. They may have staffing issues or labour issues. The Co-op Office encourages employers to meet our objectives and schedules but this is not always possible.
