Why don’t AIRE or Tributary boats have any rapid Class ratings?
AIRE does not rate any of our boats for a specific class of whitewater because the boat is not what determines the ability to safely float a rapid. Your skill, training, and experience as well as your equipment determine if you can safely navigate a rapid. All of our whitewater products can handle a lot more abuse than a human body. If you are unsure about a particular product, you can contact us to get a better idea of what boat would best suit your needs. 2. How do I inflate my boat? Inflate your boat using a hand, foot or electric pump designed for use with inflatable boats. Please note that most AIRE boats consist of multiple air chambers. Inflate each air chamber so that no one chamber is fully inflated before all chambers are partially filled.
