Why doesn Wise Registry cleaner check all empty registry keys?
Because some empty keys are useful and necessary. Windows or other application need these keys. For example, under the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT most of the empty keys are useful. If you remove these empty keys, some files could not be opened. So, Wise Registry Cleaner just checks part of registry for empty keys.
