Why doesn’t Walsh Ranch build the plant on its property?
The proposed Mary’s Creek Basin Water Recycling Center is not planned to serve the needs of the proposed Walsh Ranch development alone. While the Walsh Ranch is of significant size, there are other developments planned in the Mary’s Creek basin. A number of sites within the proposed Walsh Ranch development were considered; however, the sites were less suitable for the proposed WRC than the three recommended sites.
