Why doesn VersionTracker Pro Windows track all of my applications and drivers?

0

There are a number of reasons for why a certain driver or application may not show up in VersionTracker Pro Windows. Some of the most common reasons include: • We do not have this device or application in our database. • Windows is not identifying the device, therefore, VersionTracker Pro Windows is unable to gather device driver data to show an update. • Items not showing up in the Watch List may be included in “Untracked Items” only. This is because we do not have an updated database entry for this item. The best way to resolve these issues is to submit Content Reports. To view items that are “Untracked” and submit a report about them, follow these steps: • Go to View > Untracked Items. • Find the application or driver in the Watch List. • Press the report “Report” button in the toolbar. • Select the correct “Reason” and enter in any comments you may have. • Click “OK” and your report will be submitted immediately.
