Why doesn the video work?
All of our videos are encoded in Flash 8. If you can’t see the video, you probably need to install the free Flash 8 (or Flash 9) player software, which you can get athttp://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/. If you’re using Internet Explorer for Mac, you probably can’t even see this page, because that’s a browser we don’t support—trySafariorFirefox. We also have a limited amount of bandwidth available at any given time, and it’s possible that we just can’t support enough users—if so, we’re probably adding capacity as you read this, just give us a day or two.
