Why doesn the target systems volume change to match the volume settings I selected?
Some older sound cards do not support volume adjustment. This is a limitation of the hardware and cannot be overcome without purchasing a sound card that does support software volume control. The easy way to tell is to use the MMPM/2’s volume control (in the Multimedia folder). If it works, volume can be adjusted by the Voice Support Module.
