Why doesnt the Streamer react to a call?
If the two devices are paired correctly, they are powered up, and their Bluetooth features are turned on, the devices have most likely been disconnected. This can occur, either when the Bluetooth feature has been turned off in one or both of the devices, or when the units move outside their operating range for more than 90 seconds. Reconnection can be accomplished in one of three ways. We recommend starting from the top of the following list: • Turn the Streamer’s Connect-feature off, then on again. (Bluetooth is turned off/on with a 2 to 3 second press on the Connect button). • Restart both Streamer and phone: Turn off both your phone and the Streamer’s Bluetooth. Reconnect them by turning them on in the right order, i.e.mobile phone first, Streamer second. • Connect manually: If your phone is not set up for automatic reconnections, you will have to connect them manually via the phone’s Bluetooth menu. Look for “Connect devices” or set the Streamer as the “Active device”.
