Why doesnt the “Sign-In” window appear when I launch the player?
If the last user did not log off at the end of the previous listening session, then the “Sign-In” window is bypassed and the player launches directly assuming its the same listener. You can click the “Log-Off” button on the player to get back to the “Sign-In” window to log on as a different listener, when you are sharing a computer with another listener.
