Why doesn the screen go blank after the timeout delay?
The timeout disables the standard screensaver. Once the timeout has been reached, ScreenPreserver will no longer disable the screensaver, but the screensaver itself may have an additional timeout, usually set between 15 and 60s. You can usually set the standard timer from within the setup or profile menus.
