The Rotakey® is classed by the BSI as a ‘lever handle’ and currently their inspection scheme does not encompass this type of device. Although the Kitemark [a world renowned mark of product quality] can now be achieved by a wide variety of products and services, unfortunately it still does not cover every single invention on the market.
