Why doesn’t the remote work?
Have you installed two fresh AAA batteries into your remote controller? Are you pointing your remote controller at the front of the camera towards the infra red receiver below the lens? Were you too far away from the camera when using it? You shouldn’t be more than 10 or 15 feet away. Remember that the remote control is not waterproof. Did you attempt to use it in the water?
