The AFRL DSRC replaced its SGI servers used as High Availability File Servers (HAFS) that housed its users’ $HOME directories with newer SUN systems using SAM-FS. Incompatibilities between the standard UNIX quota command and the SAM-FS filesystem had arisen because of this migration that have resulted in the quota command failing. The AFRL DSRC has implemented the quotachk to provide some information about user’s disk usage. Please contact the Consolidated Customer Assistance Center if you have any comments/question.
