Why doesn the Print Preview change to reflect changes in the Print List?
A. Check to see that the Print Preview is not locked. If it is, the padlock icon in the toolbar will be closed, and a faint shading of dots is overlaid on the previewed pages. To unlock the Print Preview, click on the Lock button in the toolbar or select the menu option: Options>Lock Print Preview.
