Why doesn’t the plan show what will happen within the towns and the details of ideas such as development in Wincheap or parts of Herne Bay and Whitstable?
The plan recognises that the ‘regeneration zones’ will be a vital part of the new strategy. The way in which these areas are developed is the subject of ongoing discussions and more detailed proposals will come forward as per the three-stage approach explained above and outlined in the diagram below.
