Why doesn the PackMaster email feature work with AOL?
The email feature requires an email system that is MAPI compliant and uses the SMTP protocol. AOL doesn’t meet either of those requirements. However, you can still email reports or a database backup by first saving the report or data backup to a temporary hard drive folder and then attaching that file to a message you create in AOL.
