Why doesn’t the message waiting light work?
You must subscribe to Voice Mail/Call Answer service from your local telephone service provider for the message waiting light to work. The unit will only detect CLASS Visual Message Waiting.Most phone companies will provide the Class Voice mail service. The unit’s message light will not work if the phone company voice mail service is stuttertone.
