Why doesn the merchant logo or image appear in the notification email for my eCertificate/mCertificate?
Depending on the email and web browser software on your computer or mobile device, and depending on your security settings, you may need to “allow” images to download. While viewing your eCertificate/mCertificate in your email client or web browser, look for an option or button to “download” or “allow” images. If available, select this option and the merchant logo or image should appear. Due to the many different combinations of software and hardware, we cannot guarantee that images will download in your email or web browser software.
