Why doesn the library subscribe to all journals in electronic format?

0

The library’s long-range goal is to subscribe to all of our print journals in electronic format. Currently, we have about 95% of our print titles in electronic format. Some titles are still only available in print while other titles are only included in package deals or through a third party aggregator that we do not currently work with. Finally, purchasing the remaining titles in electronic format is cost prohibitive within our current budget. Each year we do selectively purchase some electronic titles so that we continue to add to this important collection. If you would like to suggest that the library acquire access to a particular electronic title, then please contact the Associate Director, Heidi Nickisch Duggan or fill out the Request an Item be Added to the Collection form.
