Why doesn the iSchool just automatically delete spam?
Email is the iSchool and the University of Texas’s official means of communication. No filter is perfect, and there are incidents of false positives (a message being marked as spam when it isn’t) and false negatives (spam not being properly marked as such). The false positives, in particular, can be problematic; legitimate and important email can be accidentally deleted.
