Why doesn the help file for FileMaker Pro appear under “Help”?

The help file for FileMaker Pro is not available to be “called” from within the application because FileMaker, Inc, decided to allow it to be. I have provided it with in the folder and you can access it by minimizing the application and double clicking on it. In the final release of my applications, you will be able to “call it” from within, only in the Windows Version. I am still working on a solution for calling it from within on the Mac side.
